The impact and countermeasure of industrial land reduction on the interests of towns and villages in the ‘198’ area of Shanghai
摘要
Abstract
Reduction of industrial land in the ‘198’ area of Shanghai contributed to optimising the spatial framework and boosting economic transformation and development. However, it also introduced an immediate impact on urban colective economic organisations. Based on the status of industrial land in the ‘198’ area, this research comprehensively analysed the impact of the reduction on various of interests such as the urban economy and society. Corresponding countermeasures are proposed based on these ifndings.关键词
