preliminary study on submarine pipeline protection legislation in Shanghai
摘要
Abstract
This paper analyzes the deifciencies of submarine pipeline protection legislation at the national and local levels. Proposals are made for Shanghai city based on the principles of partitions, grades, and classiifcation. The experience of many department liaison law enforcement ofifcials from around the world are summarized, with references provided for legal resources on the national and local levels, and submarine pipeline protection legislation is formulated based on Shanghai’s situation.关键词
