社区护理干预对围绝经期妇女生活质量的影响
Effect of community nursing intervention on life quality of perimenopausal women
摘要
Abstract
Objective To evaluate the effect of community nursing intervention on life quality of perimenopausal women. Methods In February 2013,a total of 350 women aged 45 to 55 in one community of Shanghai were chosen and received 1-year nursing intervention. They were investigated with World Health Organization Quality of Life-BREF( WHOQOL-BREF ) scale and a menopause health questionnaire before and after nursing intervention. The analysis was made including the cognition level of related perimenopausal knowledge and life quality of perimenopausal women. Results One year after intervention, the cognition level of related perimenopausal knowledge and life quality of perimenopausal women were significantly improved( P﹤0 . 05 ). Conclusion The community nursing intervention can significantly help the perimenopausal women improve their cognition level of perimenopause health,change their idea,establish health lifestyle and improve their life quality.关键词
