The Study on Convenience Renewal of Longfusi Region-A Case Study of“Barbican Strategy”in the Inside-Out School
摘要
Abstract
Longfusi block is located in Beijing Dongcheng District. After a ifre disaster in the 1990s, the commercial began to decline. The commercial depression leads to the preservation of these hutongs in the process of urban development. However, these businesses also squeeze the life in hutong. The “Inside-out School” researches the public space, and finds out the problem such as the lack of playground in the surrounding block and the lack of public space in communities. The aim is to get a way to improve the living convenience of residents by the means of temporary and low-cost constructions.关键词
