摘要
Abstract
In order to reduce the side-effects of pigeon paramyxovirus oil emulsion inactivated vaccine and ensure the safety and immune effect of vaccine,the isolated pigeon paramyxovirus S-1 strain was used as the anti-gen to prepare with different water?oil ratio.The physical characteristics,safety,efficacy and immune effect of the vaccine were observed to explore the vaccine differences of different water?oil ratio.The results indicated that the vaccine has the best stability and immune effect when the water?oil ratio is 1∶4.关键词
