Effects of Trialeurodes vaporariorum invasion on photosynthesis and antioxidant enzyme activity of cucumber
摘要
Abstract
Effects of Trialeurodes vaporariorum invasion on gas exchange parameters,chlorophyll fluores-cence parameters,antioxidant enzyme activity,MDA and proline content in cucumber leaves were studied under greenhouse cultivation conditions.The results showed that the net photosynthesis rate and Fv?Fm of cucumber de-creased significantly with Trialeurodes vaporariorum invasion,and the more serious damage,the more obvious the reduction.The content of chlorophyll and carotenoid in leaves decreased with the increase of damage.The cucum-ber was under stress when Trialeurodes vaporariorum infringed,and the plants adapted to the external stress by improving the activity of antioxidant enzymes and increasing the content of MDA and proline.关键词
