我国海洋能调查标准化工作若干问题探讨
Research on Standardization of Ocean Energy Survey in China

Abstract
The standardization of ocean energy survey aims to promote the improvement of ocean energy survey and facilitate the development and utilization of ocean energy. The standardization in China is still in its infancy and the existing main problems are as follows: lack of funds for development and validation; the term definition is not clear; disputes on survey location and time; chaotic characteristic parameters and diverse resources calculation; Survey instruments and methods need to be improved, the traditional single point measurement and evaluation methods do not conform to the modern ocean energy research, application and management needs. In the case of tidal current energy and thermal energy resource assessment, the paper proposes the new idea of evaluation parameters calculation, suggests to implement the standards considered feasible by a majority of experts to standardize the development and utilization of ocean energy, and gradually facilitate the development of ocean energy technologies such as survey, evaluation, exploitation, utilization and so on.关键词
