Research on Consumers'View of Product Quality in Taobao and Its Supervision

Abstract
In the end of January, 2015, Taobao and SAIC disputed about product quality report in sampling. Media at home and abroad have many different comments of all parties. This article uses online text-analysis to research online news commentaries of the incident, in order to clarify consumers' view on the product quality in Taobao and reveal their attitude on product quality and its supervision.关键词
