On the Three Key Links of Commercial Registration System Reform

Abstract
This paper analyzes the current system of "the combination of three certificate" and "one certificate, one code" reform measures, and then puts forward the three key links to perfect the system of commercial registration reform, first, combining the "three certificates" to "one certificate" to radically simplify the registration procedure; second, strengthening system docking between all regions and departments, information sharing and government regulation; third, separating the function of administrative examination and approval authority and registration affairs.关键词
