Abstract
Social management innovation is essential for building a harmonious socialist society , it has been put on the agenda of strengthening the administrative reform and social development .For promoting the social management innovation , the systematical reforms of social managerial functions of the government should be made from the as -pects of managerial notion , managerial pattern , managerial system , managerial mechanism , and managerial tal-ents.关键词
