Abstract
With the popularity of microblog and other emerging media , the charm of network era is highlighted a-gain, but the accompanied rumors are also more and more .How to deal with the network transmission of false infor-mation is the most important in the age of information .The spreading of false information is caused both by media itself and by the people who use computer network .So we should be treated differently when regulating the false in-formation , and the reasonable solutions should be found from legal norms .关键词
