天津城镇化进程中养老模式研究
Research on the Pension Mode of Tianjin in the Process of Urbanization
摘要
Abstract
Tianjin is in an intertwined historical period between rapidly aging and urbanization, this brings an oppor-tunity of solving the pension problem.The questionnaire survey shows that the current endowment pattern is scien-tific and adaptability.In the process of new urbanization, ought to improve and promote the pension model.The main idea includes:the first is construction subject diversification of his endowment service production, the second is the standard construction of old-age service system, the third is to construct a multi-level old-age service, the fourth is to cultivate sustainable old-age service team, the fifth is the construction of endowment service information management system, the sixth is to establish a change in the way to deal with population dynamic service project.关键词
