Abstract
This paper aims to review china's OTC market development, on the present situation of china's market, understand the market development and the status quo American, Taiwan and other regions, will Chinese instead of two in the aspect of market structure, regulation, transactions are studied, in order to see the development of china's OTC market principal contradiction and future prospects, hope to be able to the historical experience and lessons of developed countries and areas that remain in the construction of capital market, for our country to seek own mar-ket system bring some help and suggestions.关键词
