摘要

Abstract

In order to seek the risk management measures and safeguards of mine dewatering water development and utilization, using case-based reasoning theory as the guiding ideology, by constructing CRN case-based reasoning network and IES collection of information entities, text case reasoning technology is proposed based on similarity and relevancy. In the base of combining case learning process with natural language developing process, risk management of mine dewatering water development and utilization is studied using text case reasoning technology. A visual platform for the risk management is developed. It provides security for risk management of mine dewatering water development and utilization.
