摘要

Abstract

To verify the results of the flow measurement which is measured by a handheld electromagnetic current meter whether meets the test standard and the feasibility of velocity-area method flow measurement, based on an introduction measuring principle and specification of the instrument, the paper analyzes its calibration results in the current calibration tank. Comparing its flow measurement results with measurement results by using traditional current meter and ADCP in small or middle rivers, it testifies that the accuracy of flow measurement result made directly by handheld electromagnetic current meter meets the requirement of hydrometric tour gauging of medium and small rivers. It can provide theoretical and technical reference for widely using handheld electromagnetic current meter in small and medium-sized rivers survey in future.
