摘要

Abstract

On the basis of the public network, the practical speed of 3G network among the Zhangwei river south bayou area is about 400kbit/s. However, the traditional monitoring system that based upon the public 3G network is not able to afford transmission of high-definition (D1 and higher resolutions) videos. For the need of normative law enforcement for the water administration and supervision, it is necessary to uses 3G bandwidth fusion technology, combining the classic 3G network video structural frame. It expounds the working principle and realizes image collection and transmission of high-definition images.
