Abstract
The informationization of reservoir management is the main task of construction of water resources informationization. The pilot establishment of dynamic monitoring and early warning system of small reservoir has been carried out in some reservoirs of Sichuan province simultaneously and has gained initial effect, through which enough experience has been accumulated. The article has expounded the composition, the functions and the characteristics of the monitoring and early warning system and has put forward the opinions and suggestions about the range and scale of next step expansion of the pilot establishment of the system and about the improvement of the informationization of small reservoir management.关键词
