木薯MeASR基因克隆及表达分析
Clone and Expression ofMeASRGene in Cassava
摘要
Abstract
Abscisic acid-stress-ripening induced protein(ASR)plays an important role in response to abiotic stresses. In the present study we isolated a first ASR gene designatedMeASRfrom cassava. Sequence analysis showed that the open reading frame ofMeASR gene contained 330 bp, encoding 109 amino acids. Multiple sequence alignment and phylogenetic analysis indicated that MeASR protein contained the conserved domains as ASR family had, and had a close genetic relationship with SlASR4 of tomato. Subcellular location assay showed that MeASR protein was localized in nucleus. Real-time quantitative PCR assay revealed that expression ofMeASR was induced by osmotic stress and ABA treatments. These results suggested thatMeASRmight function as a transcription factor to involve in response to drought stress and ABA-signal regulation in cassava.关键词
