大菱鲆病原鳗弧菌的检验与分析
Examination and Analysis on Pathogenic Vibrio anguillarum from TurbotScophthalmus maximus
摘要
Abstract
Ten strains isolated from died larve of cultured turbot were examined and analyzed. 10 strains were detected by phenotypic information, detection and phylogenetic analysis of the 16S rRNA gene sequence, serological, as well as pathogenic role of artificial model infection. It was found thatVibrio anguillarum showed strong pathogenicity on turbot, which was tested with various sources Vibrioanguillarum antiserum and occurred strong serological agglutination on immunity.关键词
