Abstract
Objective:To research the influence of two different respiratory function training methods on COPD patients in stabilization period.Methods:A total of 80 COPD patients in stabilization period were randomly di-vided into experimental group with 41 cases and control group with 39 case.The patients in control group only received the traditional respiratory training,which was the abdominal breathing and pursed lip breathing;the pa-tients in experimental group received the improved breathing exercise,which combined the physical agility and endurance training on the basis of traditional respiratory training,implementing the “four step walk breathing exercise”.The re attacks number and readmitting time after discharging 6 months were counted and using CAT to evaluate the quality of life of patients in a month,two months,three months and six months after dis-charging.Results:The patients’pulmonary function,seizure frequency and length of stay after 6 months after re-spiratory training in experimental group was significantly better than that in control group;the difference was statistically significant(P <0.05);There was no statistically significant difference in CAF score in 1 month after discharging,but the influence on patients’quality of life 2 months after the implementation of improved breath-ing exercise was significantly higher than that in control group(P <0.05),and there was statistical significance in 3 months,6 months comparing with the control group (P < 0.001 ).Conclusion:The respiratory training method of improved breathing exercise is convenient,so that the patients are more likely to accept it,it can ef-fectively improve respiratory function,reduce the seizure frequency,shorten the length of stay and improve the quality of life.关键词
