SOLQ 对社区 COPD 病人生活质量评估的价值研究
Study on value of SOLQ for assessment of quality of life of chronic obstructive pulmonary disease patients in com-munity
摘要
Abstract
Objective:To probe into the value of Seattle Obstructive Lung Disease Questionnaire(SOLQ)for measuring the quality of life of patients with COPD in community.Methods:A total of 102 with community COPD patients were investigated by using SOLQ and COPD assessment test(CAT)to verify the application value of SOLQ.Results:The test retest reliability coefficient of SOLQ was 0.854(P <0.01),the Cronbach’s αcoefficient was 0.961,the structural validity between the total surface and its 4 dimensions was 0.361 ~0.891 (all P <0.01),the criterion related validity between SOLQ and CAT was 0.648;there was significant differ-ence between the high and the low score group(P <0.01).Conclusion:The SOLQ had higher reliability and va-lidity,and it could well reflect the condition of disease and the quality of life of patients with community COPD.关键词
