电话随访延续护理在变应性鼻炎病人舌下含服免疫治疗中的应用
Application of telephone follow up continuity of care in sublingual immunotherapy for patients with allergic rhinitis

Abstract
Objective:To probe into the effect of continuity of care dominated by the telephone follow up in sub‐lingual immunotherapy of patients with allergic rhinitis .Methods:A according to treatment time sequence ,a to‐tal of 118 patients with moderate and severe allergic rhinitis receiving sublingual immunotherapy with dust mites allergy were divided into control group (57 cases) and observation group (61 cases) .The patients in con‐trol group were given conventional nursing ,the patients in observation group were given continuity care domina‐ted by telephone follow up and combined with SMS alerts and QQ network platform exchanges on the basis of conventional nursing .The treatment compliance ,anxiety levels and nasal symptom scores and nursing satisfac‐tion in different stages were compared between both groups within 1 year .Results:In observation group compli‐ance was higher than that in control group after intervention for 6 months and 12 months ,the degree of anxiety , nasal symptoms overall score were lower than that in control group;in observation group the satisfaction score was higher than that in control group .Conclusion:Continuity of care dominated by telephone follow up in sub‐lingual immunotherapy of patients with allergic rhinitis could effectively improve patient’s compliance and re‐duce nasal symptoms ,improve patients’ negative mood ,improve patients’ satisfaction for care .关键词
