行为转变理论在糖尿病足高危病人自护行为干预中的应用
Application of behavioral change theory in self care behavior intervention of high risk patients with diabetic foot
摘要
Abstract
Objective:To probe into the effect of nursing intervention ,which based on the behavior change theory on self care behavior of high risk diabetic foot patients .Methods:A total of 68 cases of high risk diabetic foot patients were randomly divided into intervention group and control group ,34 cases in each group .The patients in control receired used conventional care .The patients in intervention group were given the nursing intervention based on the behavior change theory .The patients’ foot self care knowledge ,self efficacy and foot self care frequency ,foot skin conditions were evaluated and investigated at 3 months before the intervention ,3 months af‐ter the intervention ,6 months before the intervention ,and 6 months after the intervention .Results:After inter‐vention ,the patients in intervention group were better than those in control group in the aspects of the foot self care knowledge and self efficacy and foot self care behavior .Conclusion:Nursing intervention based on the be‐havior change theory may help patients to establish regular self care behaviors ,thus delaying and preventing the occurrence of diabetic foot .关键词
