临床护理路径在慢性支气管炎病人中应用效果的系统评价

Abstract
Objective:To systematically evaluate the application effect of clinical nursing pathway for patients with chronic bronchitis.Methods:The randomized controlled trials on patients with chronic bronchitis using clin-ical nursing pathway were screened from theses databases(EMBASE,PUBMED,MEDLINE,AMED,CINAHL, Cochrane Library,China National Knowledge Infrastructure Database Wanfang Database,Chongqing VIP Chi-nese Science and Technology Periodical Database and Chinese Biomedical Literature Database Wanfang Data-base)from inception to January 30 in 2015.Cochrane reviewers’handbook was used for assess the risk of bias. Jadad score method was used to quality evaluation.RevMan5.3 software was used for Meta analysis.Results:A total of 6 literatures were included.Meta analysis showed that the mean difference of hospitalization time was -2.29,95% confidence interval(CI )was[-2.71,-1.86]in observation group,and the difference was statistical-ly significant(P <0.000 01)between both groups of patients with chronic bronchitis using clinical nursing path-way.The hospitalization expenses MD was -879.28,95%CI was[-952.67,-805.89],the difference was sta-tistically significant(P <0.000 01);the satisfaction rate odds ratio(OR)was 4.46,and 95%CI was[2.45,8.1 1], the difference was statistically significant(P <0.000 01 );the compliance of treatment OR was 7.1 1,95% CI was[3.56,14.22],and the difference was statistically significant(P <0.000 01);the health knowledge score MD was 12.60,95% CI was[8.86,1 6.35],and the difference was statistically significant(P <0.000 01).Conclusion:The application effect of clinical nursing pathway was remarkable for patients with chronic bronchitis.Howev-er,because the overall quality of the systematic review was lower,and the number and sample size of the study were smaller,the more high quality,multi center,large sample and strict designs were needed to further verify the effect of clinical nursing pathway.关键词
