基于护理结局理论的护理满意度评价指标体系构建
Construction of nursing satisfaction evaluation index system based on nursing outcome theory

Abstract
Objective:To establish a sery of scientific,comprehensive and objective nursing satisfaction evaluation index system.Methods:The expert consultation method was used for screening the indexes and determining the weight of the indexes,and then to establish the nursing satisfaction evaluation index system.Results:A total of 1 9 experts completed two rounds of letter consultation,and the recovery rate of questionnaire was respectively 91.7% and 86.4%,the authority coefficient of experts was respectively 0.803 and 0.837,primary index coordi-nation coefficient was respectively 0.355 and 0.394(P <0.001).After two rounds of expert letter consultation, the nursing satisfaction evaluation index system was identified including 4 primary indexes and 26 secondary in-dexes.Conclusion:The formed nursing satisfaction evaluation index system has better scientificity and reliabili-ty,and has provided a method and basis for the nursing manager evaluating nursing quality.关键词
