长沙市养老护理员对老年人的态度及其影响因素分析
Analysis of attitudes of pension nurses to the aged in Changsha city and its influencing factors

Abstract
Objective:To know about the attitudes of pension nurses to the aged in pensions in Changsha City and its inflnencing factors.Methods:A total of 1 12 pension nurses were surveyed by using convenient sampling method and Kogan’s older person’s scale(KAOP)and self designed general questionnaire in Changsha city. Results:Totally 102 valid questionnaires were collected.The total attitude score of pension nurses to the aged was(1 1 1.66± 15.74),and the attitude was at the mild positive level.Single factor analysis showed that the training situation,marital status,children,title,education level,salary income,working age were the influencing factors of the attitude of pension nurses to the aged.The difference was statistically significant(P <0.05).Step-wise regression analysis showed that the training status,marital status and professional title were the risk fac-tors of to attitudes of pension nurses to the aged.Conclusion:The attitudes of pension nurses to the aged was at the mild positive level.The corresponding measures should be prepared according to the influencing factors,so as to improve their positive attitude level to the aged,and then to improve the quality of aged care service.关键词
