摘要

Abstract

Objective:To enhance the clinical nursing skills of nursing students in clinical practice and cultivate the practical talents of TCM Nursing.Methods:A total of 40 nursing students in department of nephropathy in our hospital from January 2013 to May 2015 were randomly divided into observation group and control group, with 20 cases in each group.The observation group using PBL combined with CBS teaching method,nursing students implemented TCM nursing technology in view of the patient’s condition,then full track implementa-tion effect.Nursing students in the control group implemented TCM nursing technology under the guidance of the teacher.And then compare the two groups of nursing students in nursing theory,operation test scores and clinical application of traditional Chinese medicine nursing skills.Results:There were statistically significant differences in theoretical examination results of the two groups of nursing students,there was no statistical sig-nificance in Operating test results(P>0.05),However,there was a significant difference in assessment of spe-cialist skills application of combining clinical practice(P<0.05).Conclusion:PBL combined with CBS teaching method can effectively improve the ability of nursing students to solve the problems of clinical nursing care,and has a positive effect on improving the quality of nursing students.
