自制Iconport行单孔腹腔镜阑尾切除术50例的临床研究
Clinical efficacy of self-made single-hole laparoscopic appendectomy for 50 cases of appendicitis
摘要
Abstract
Objective To observe the efficacy of self-made single-hole laparoscopic device for exploring the application of this device in appendectomy. Methods Fifty appendicitis patients from February 2014 to February 2015 were treated by laparoscopic appendec-tomy using self-made single-hole laparoscopic device. Results All patients completed successfully the surgery, of which 43 patients underwent the single-hole operation and 5 patients were additionally performed the auxiliary operation hole, and 2 patients were conver-ted to open surgery. After followed up for 1-6 months, no complications were found, and all patients were satisfied with the recovery. Conclusion The self-made single-hole laparoscopic device could reduce the difficulty of operations, avoid the damage of the abdomi-nal wall muscles, reduce the postoperative pain, and lead to a rapid recovery.关键词
