地方医学院校中青年教师专业发展模式思考与探索
Professional development mode of the young teachers in local medical colleges
摘要
Abstract
Aimed at key issues in the professional development of teachers in local medical colleges, this paper summarizes the objec-tives of the young and middle-aged teachers who undertake teaching, research and social services, and analyzes the reason of restricting the promotion of their teaching ability.Combined with the characteristics of local medical colleges, it presents the initial formation of the professional development of teachers“one-three” mode , with one core of elevating teaching ability, and three unifications in three aspects of ideas, management system and individual teachers in order to provide references for the improvement of teaching ability in lo-cal medical college.关键词
