摘要
Abstract
Creative medical education,one of the current key reforms of medical education meets the requirements of military medical development in the current age.Some practices and explorations of creative medical education have been made in the Third Military Medical University during the past years.The education quality was improved and the scientific research was accelerated under the as-surance of management system and active involvement of teachers and students.Based on the present study, the creative medical talent cultivation mode was suggested as appropriate integration of teaching and scientific research,paying attentions both on teaching and re-search,and mutual promotion of teaching and research.关键词
