亲历医学院校青年教师教学基本功比赛的思考
Reflections on the competition of young teachers’ basic teaching skills in medical colleges and universities
摘要
Abstract
Competition of basic teaching skills is popular among medical colleges and universities nowadays.It is an effective way to develop young teachers’ abilities and raise teaching standards.Combining the author’ s own experiences in taking part in competitions of young teachers’ basic teaching skills at school, provincial and national levels, the author introduces the preparation, the process of competition and the reflections on competition from the perspective of selection of teaching contents, teaching plan, and courseware making.This paper aims to make a comprehensive introduction of competitions of basic teaching skills and make references for competi-tions of this kind.关键词
