高血压脑出血39例精氨酸加压素与预后的相关性研究
A research on relationship between the level of plasma arginine vasopressin and prognosis in patients with hypertensive cerebral hemorrhage
摘要
Abstract
Objective :To discuss the relationship between the level of plasma arginine vasopressin and prognosis in patients of hypertensive cerebral hemorrhage .Methods:Blood samples of hypertensive cerebral hemor-rhage patients were obtained in time for the measurement of AVP through radioimmunoassay .Results :Of the 39 patients’ group ,the plasma AVP level was significantly higher than the control group’ in the first 24 hours after in-vasion and the plasma AVP level had downtrend in the following days .Conclusion :Continuing rising and slow de-scent of the plasma AVP level after acute cerebral hemorrhage hints serious brain injuries ,protracted course of dis-eases and negative prognosis .关键词
