HPV16型 E6／E7序列突变情况与宫颈癌发生的相关性
Correlation of cancer of the cervix and mutation type HPV 16 E6/E7 sequences
摘要
Abstract
Objective :To study the human papilloma virus type 16 ( HPVl6 ) E6 and E7 transformed gene sequence polymorphism .Methods:Screening of 51 cases of HPVl6 positive samples were extracted in 77 cases of cervical carcinomas ,E6 gene and E7 gene amplification ,sequencing PCR products .Results :Cervical Cancer HPVl6 E6 mutations were measured six sites were missense mutations .Cervical cancer HPVl6 E7 were measured four mu-tations ,two missense mutations .Conclusion :the HPVl6 E6 gene T178G /A mutations in the pathogenesis and de-velopment of cervical cancer ,HPVl6 E7 gene A647G mutation was negatively related to the degree of differentiation and cervical cancer ,and can be used to assess the degree of malignancy of cervical cancer index .关键词
