超脉冲CO 2激光联合药物治疗睑黄瘤临床研究
Clinical study on treatment of Xanthelasma palpebrarum by integrative therapy

Abstract
Objective:Clinical efficacy evaluation of ultra pulse CO 2 laser combined with drug treated xan‐thelasma palpebrarum .Methods :A total of 300 patients with xanthelasma palpebrarum were randomly divided into 3 groups ,the treatment group for ultra pulse CO2 laser combined with drug therapy ,control group 1 for ultra pulse CO2 laser therapy ,control group 2 consists of a simple drug treatment ,observation time was 6 months .Results :The curative rate of treatment group was 72% ,effective rate was 23% ,the recurrence rate was 4% ,control group 1 cura‐tive rate was 69% ,effective rate was 22% ,the recurrence rate was 31% ,control group 2 curative rate was 26% ,ef‐fective rate was 38% ,the recurrence rate was 5% .The curative rate and effective rate of treatment group was sig‐nificantly better than that in control group 2 ,and the recurrence rate was lower than that in the control group of 1 a‐bove ,the differences were statistically significant (P<0 .05) .Conclusion:The significantly clinical curative effect of ultra pulse CO2 laser combined with drug treatment of xanthelasma palpebrarum ,lower recurrence rate ,no obvious adverse reaction ,is worth the clinical promotion .关键词
