Research on behavior selection of collaborative innovation based on perspective of knowledge management
在装备制造业面临着转型升级的关键时期,协同创新已经成为其加速发展的一个重要途径. 在协同创新过程中,参与主体如何选择协同创新行为直接影响着协同创新成果的收益. 将现阶段的协同创新活动看成一个知识协同创新的过程,分析协同创新过程中收益和成本等要素如何影响参与主体的知识行为选择活动,归纳出现阶段协同创新活动的本质特征在于知识协同创新.讨论并发现收益和成本等要素对协同创新主体行为选择的影响方式,以期为提高协同创新活动的效果提供借鉴.
During the key period of transformation and upgrade of equipment manufacturing industry, collaborative innovation has become one of the important paths of its development acceleration.
