慢性乙型肝炎和肝硬化患者肝组织脂联素及其受体2表达的变化

Abstract
Objective To observe the expression of adiponectin(ADP) and adiponectin receptor 1(AdipoR1) in liver tissues of patients with chronic hepatitis B (CHB)and liver cirrhosis (LC). Methods Liver tissues were obtained from 11 patients with CHB and 8 with LC,and from 6 liver donors for liver transplantations as control. The ADP and AdipoR2 mRNA in the liver were examined by RT-PCR and the expression of ADP and AdipoR2 in the liver were detected by immunohistochemical staining. Results The ADP and AdipoR2 mRNA were 0.121± 0.019 and 0.097±0.017,respectively in livers of patients with CHB,and those were 0.196±0.017 and 0.167±0.016, respectively in livers of patients with LC,much higher than these in normal control (0.091±0.018 and 0.072±0.020, respectively,P<0.01);the expression of ADP and AdipoR2 in livers of patients with CHB were 5.545 ±0.613 and 4.775 ±0.458,respectively,and those were 6.553 ±0.614 and 5.453 ±0.922,respectively,in LC patients,much higher than these (4.045±0.815 and 2.804±0.623,P<0.01)in normal controls. Conclusion The expression of ADP and AdipoR2 is increased during chronic HBV infection. With the severity of inflammation and fibrosis, the up-regulation of ADP and AdipoR2 expression is obvious significantly.关键词
