低水平丙氨酸氨基转移酶慢性乙型肝炎病毒感染者肝组织病理学变化研究

摘要
Abstract
Objective To investigate the pathological changes of liver tissues in chronic hepatitis B patients with low serum alanine aminotransferase (ALT) levels. Method 71 patients with chronic hepatitis B were recruited in this study. The liver biopsies were conduted. Results Out of the 71 cases,54 were HBeAg positive,and 17 were HBeAg-negative;the serum HBV DNA at 1×103~105copies/ml was in 19(26.8%),at 106~107copies/ml in 34(47.9%) and more than or equal to 108copies/ml in 18 cases(25.3%);there was a ALT≤40U/L in 17(23.9%),40U/L<ALT≤80U/L in 31(43.7%),and 80U/L<ALT≤120U/L in 23(32.4%);the liver pathological changes were normal (G0S0) in 3(4.2%),cirrhosis in 3(4.2%),mild hepatitis(G1~2S0~2) in 53(74.6%),moderate to severe hepatitis(G2~3S3) in 12 cases(16.9%). Conclusion In chronic hepatitis B patients with low serum ALT level(≤3ULN),the liver histologi-cal manifastation exists different degree of damages,which needs to evaluate properly in time.关键词
