格尔德霉素体外抑制人肝癌细胞株HepG2增殖并促进凋亡OACSTPCD
Geldanamycin exhibits a significant antiproliferative effect and induces apoptosis in HepG2 cells
目的研究格尔德霉素对人肝癌HepG2细胞增殖及凋亡的影响。方法不同浓度格尔德霉素与人肝癌HepG2细胞共培养,采用MTT法检测增殖抑制率;采用流式细胞术Annexin V法检测细胞凋亡率。结果在0.2、0.4和0.8μmol/L浓度下,格尔德霉素均显著抑制HepG2细胞的增殖,在干预细胞48h后,其抑制率分别为20.36%、29.45%和42.52%,抑制率随药物浓度增加而升高;同时,细胞凋亡率分别为4.82%、24.47%和53.64%,也…查看全部>>
Objective To investigate the effects of geldanamycin on the proliferation and apoptosis in hu-man hepatoma cell lines HepG2. Methods HepG2 cells were incubated with different concentrations of gel-danamycin for 24 to 72 hours. Cell proliferation was determined by MTT assay.
