摘要

Abstract

The leaf mutant trait can be easily observed in earlier period and Genetic analysis found that the mutant was controlled by a single recessive gene.We proposed to use rice leaf color mutant to conduct the teaching experiment of the law of segregation.The experi-mental design is executable and improves the interest of learning.This is a exploration to turn an achievement in scientific research into the teaching experiment.
