叶色突变体在遗传学实验教学中的应用
Application of Leaf Color Mutant in the Teaching of Gnetics Experiment
摘要
Abstract
The leaf mutant trait can be easily observed in earlier period and Genetic analysis found that the mutant was controlled by a single recessive gene.We proposed to use rice leaf color mutant to conduct the teaching experiment of the law of segregation.The experi-mental design is executable and improves the interest of learning.This is a exploration to turn an achievement in scientific research into the teaching experiment.关键词
