促进可逆反应正向进行的化学实验装置的研制OA
Development of the Chemical Experiment Device of Promoting the Reversible Reaction
应用勒夏特列原理，结合有机化学实验中的“乙酸乙酯的制备”经典实验，介绍了一种可以有效促进可逆反应正向进行的化学反应实验装置。该装置参考了工业化生产乙酸乙酯的反应精馏法，设置有分馏、分水反流等器件，反应生成的酯和水能不断蒸出体系，从而促进平衡向生成产物的方向移动。实践应用表明，利用该装置制得的乙酸乙酯产品杂质少，后续精制容易，产率更高。该装置的教学应用使学生能更好地理论联系实际，进一步掌握化学平衡知识，有利于提高实验教学的效果。
