Abstract
This paper introduces the background and design of the process to upcycle furfural extract oil, the by-product in the furfural reifning unit of Yanshan branch of Sinopec, as high-value asphalt blending component. By using existing sedimentation drum and exchangers and adding condensed oil system and extract oil recycling process, high-quality heavy extraction oil is successfully produced for Baoding Petrochemical Company as the blending component of heavy-duty paving asphalt, which brings better utilization of the extract oil and remarkable economic beneift.关键词
