妊娠期甲状腺激素水平与血脂谱的相关性
Research on correlation between thyroid hormones and serum lipid profile during pregnancy
摘要
Abstract
Objective To investigate the relationship of thyroid hormones and serum lipid profile during Pregnancy. Methods 30 cases of healthy pregnant women were recruited in the study. The thyrotropin (TSH), free triiodothyronine (FT3), free thyroxine (FT4) and serum lipid profile were examined at 9 ~ 12, 14 ~ 17, 23 ~ 26 and 37 ~ 40 weeks of gestation and the correlations between them were analyzed. Results Positive correlation could be found between serum TSH and total cholesterol (CHOL), triglyceride (TRIG), low density lipoprotein cholesterol (LDL-C), ApolipoproteinA-I (APOA-I), ApolipoproteinB (APOB). Negative correlations could be found between serum FT3, FT4 and total cholesterol (CHOL), triglyceride (TRIG), low density lipoprotein cholesterol (LDL-C), ApolipoproteinA-I (APOA-I), ApolipoproteinB (APOB). And no correlation was found between serum thyroid hormones and high density lipoprotein cholesterol (HDL-C). Conclusion The thyroid hormones were closely related to serum lipid profile except of HDL-C.关键词
