环氧化酶－2及细胞因子在创伤后应激障碍患者中的表达变化及意义
Expression and significance of serum cyclooxygenase-2 and cytokine in patients with post-traumatic stress disorder
摘要
Abstract
Objective To investigate the significance of variation of concentrations of serum IL-1,IL-6, TNF-α and cyclooxygenase-2 in patients with post-traumatic stress disorder (PTSD). Methods Thirty-two PTSD patients were chosen as the observation group and another 26 normal patients were taken as the control group. The concentrations of serum IL-1,IL-6,TNF-α and COX-2 in patients of both groups were detected by Enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay (ELISA) and Western blot and were compared in these 2 groups. Results The concentrations of serum IL-1 , IL-6 and TNF-α were significantly higher in the observation group than those in the control group (P < 0.01);and the level of COX-2 in the observation group was significantly higher than that of the control group(P < 0.01). Conclusions Abnormal immune states are awared in PTSD patients and the IL-1,IL-6,TNF-α and COX-2 might play an important role in the pathogenesis of PTSD.关键词
