摘要

Abstract

To improve the development efficiency of low porosity and low permeability gas reservoirs, A long lateral horizontal well was drilled in Sulige gas field, which is Well Su76-1-20H. Based on the borehole structure and wellbore trajectory design for the well, the difficulties were proposed, which were long lateral, large friction torque, hard trajectory control, small wellbore size, high circula-tion pump pressure, difficult wellbore cleaning treatment, wellbore collapse, drilling tool deformation, technical casing wearing, and so on. The key techniques and application effect were illustrated detailed from the viewpoint of trajectory control, friction torque predic-tion, geosteering technique, drilling fluid technique, wellbore repairing technique, and complex accident prevention. The well creates the record of the longest horizontal section on land within CNPC, with the horizontal length of 2 856 m, and safety and smooth drilling process, which proves important guiding role for efficiently develop low porosity and low permeability oil and gas fields.
