高抗硫保压井下取样器的研制及在P202-1井中的应用

Abstract
According to issues that current downhole samplers are not resistant to hydrogen sulfide and can not keep pressure, the new high sulfur resistant and pressure keeping sampler was developed. It has two main characteristics:the selection of titanium alloy and desflurane apron solves the problem of resistance to hydrogen sulfide corrosion; nitrogen chamber holding pressure technique is taken to ensure the sample pressure is always greater than the pressure of the sampling point, during sampling, transferring, and transporting pro-cesses, in other word, to ensure full holding pressure and no phase change. Two downhole PVT gas samples were successfully obtained from Well P202-1 in Puguang gas field, which can represent the true formation fluid properties.关键词
