Formation mechanism of initial trust of project partnership organizations
摘要
Abstract
From the perspective of organizational power, industrial rules, deposit to trust and the project complexity, we study the mechanism of the initial trust formation of project partnership organizations in consideration of. The theoretical results are verified by a questionnaire study. The results show that organizational power and industrial rules have significant impact on initial trust formation, as trust propensity and project complexity play regulation roles. The trust propensity has a negative impact on the relationship between initial trust and economic factors, while the project complexity plays a facilitating effect on it. Based on these conclusions, some suggestions are presented to get better initial trust of project partnership organizations.关键词
