摘要

Abstract

  For the safety of the structural change of dynamic load condition of the motor's main shaft and head sheave, designed the real-time monitor system. This system use integrated transmitter to col ect the vibration signal and use finite element analysis to realize the detection and diagnoses of the main shift vibration of winder based on the establishment of winder mechanical model .It turns out that this monitor system is able to achieve the remote real-time monitoring of dynamic load condition of winder with the detection and diagnoses of the main shift vibration of winder.
