摘要

Abstract

Steering wheel in the return under the action of positive torque to meet the requirements for return to the straight running.Aligning torque simulation level is a real car test driver can achieve the effect of key factors.In this paper, a monolithic control DC motor to achieve the simulated vehicle in motion the process of aligning torque effect.The system through the computer to calculate the car in motion the process of aligning torque, and then send this data via a serial interface to the microcontrol er, the microcontrol er through the PWM (pulse width modulation) control the DC motor to achieve the output torque to achieve aligning torque steering system simulation.Experimental results show that this system not only makes the cars with the actual situation of the process to get an accurate reflection, but also more accurate simulation of the car's steering system by aligning torque.
