摘要

Abstract

According to low automation and poor universal of range’s test equipment, the universal design of automatic test system in measurement and control equipment was put forward, which was based on virtual instrument technology. The key technology of universal design that used in system’s hardware architecture, signal switching module and software development was highly discussed. Universal design could make ful use of test resources to meet the demand of measurement and control equipment’s test.
