Exploration and Practice of Subject Librarian Training on CALIS Phase III Program

Abstract
Subject services are hot issues in domestic university libraries in recent years. To improve the overal level of subject services and enhance the abilities of librarians in domestic academic libraries, CALIS Phase III Program established a subproject"Librarian literacy training and certification."Through scientific planning and strict guidance, this subproject achieved obvious results both in raising the abilities of librarians and in innovating the model of systematic training for the librarians of academic libraries. The paper firstly reviews the development of the subject services in academic libraries at home and abroad, then mainly describes the implementation of the subproject and its achievement, and final y suggests some prospects for subject services and librarian training on the next stage of CALIS Program.关键词
